Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Our Guarantee
We gladly accept returns for any defective items or incorrect items on
an order. Just return the item within 15 days in good condition for a
refund or exchange. Please note the reason for the return and include
your name and phone number. Refunds for orders not received must be reported within thirty days of the order date.
California Sales Tax
Shipping and handling is taxable for orders shipped to California. The sales tax rate for orders placed online and shipped to California is 7.50%. The sales tax rate for mail-in orders shipped to CA is 8.625%.
Shipping and Handling in the USA
We process online orders within 1–3 business days after you place your order. Additional shipping time will vary depending on your location, usually 1–5 business days.

Depending on the postal zone, shipping and handling costs are $6–8 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. We ship only via the United States Postal Service and do not offer rush delivery options.
New special rate! Starting 11/1/12, domestic orders totaling $32 or less qualify for a flat rate of $4 for shipping and handling.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via standard airmail. We generally process international orders within 1–3 business days after you place your order. Additional shipping time will vary depending on your location, and may take several days to several weeks.
Canada

For Canadian orders, shipping charges are $7 for the first item and $1
for each additional item.

For all orders outside the US and Canada, shipping charges are $9 plus
10% of the order total.
Duty
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which
are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for
customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely
from country to country. Contact your local customs office
